We recognise our staff as one of our biggest assets, that’s why we continually strive to help them improve the service they give to our customers by investing in their training and personal development.

Our Engineers have all successfully completed the required F-Gas training and hold all the relevant qualifications.

Our close working relationships with all the main manufacturers mean our engineers have regular training from them, keeping them up to date with the latest products and technology developments.

Recent courses attended have been supplied by Daikin and Mitsubishi.

Our staff are also the UK’s only manufacturer trained Geneglace engineers.

We are also investing in developing and widening our technical offering to customers; many of our engineers have been trained on CO2 and we are planning to develop this further as we promote the move towards more climate friendly natural refrigerants.

We also carry out regular in-house training where our more experienced and technically qualified staff pass on their knowledge and experience to others in the team.

We believe in investment to help grow and develop our own staff.

Our maintenance engineers regularly go on Refrigeration and Air Conditioning courses to help them develop with a view to becoming more technically competent Service Engineers.
