ACE Refrigeration have provided the McGhee group with support services on all aspects of new build refrigeration, routine servicing and maintenance, environmental services and air conditioning since 2006. In this time, I have found ACE highly reliable, and their policy of dedicating service personnel to each site has been very helpful and made fault finding and repairs much more efficient.

New jobs have been won in competitive tender, and always delivered on time with minimal post contract snagging.

The Directors at ACE have been extremely attentive, and as a 24/7 business ourselves, there have been occasions when we have had to seek assistance out with normal hours. On each occasion, the response has been tremendous and a Director has followed up the problem until resolved satisfactorily. Commercial issues that have arisen have been resolved by discussion and ACE has always been reasonable when dealing with these situations. I have no hesitation in recommending ACE as a company with a sound family business ethic and the capability to deal with all aspects and scale of refrigeration design, installation and maintenance.
