Temperature Mapping

Multi-point thermal room mapping using Eurotherm (confirm model) 32 point chart recorder is used to build a thermal model of the room being proven.

Calibrated PT100 air sensors are positioned throughout the room being mapped and if required a percentage of sensors can be situated in a saline solution to map product temperature curves.

For new projects challenge testing can be incorporated into the schedule, this allows the temperature transition within the room to be modelled after either a failure or if the room door had been left open for an extended period.

We have carried out Temperature Mapping for a variety of clients including NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde, Scottish National Blood Transfusion Service and SAFC.
